How long does it take to deliver / supply and install a door?

Due to the powder coating process our leadtime vary depending upon whether you order a white or a coloured door. We keep a stock of white and KL7016M powder coated profile, so these leadtimes are the quickest. The table below outlines our normal leadtimes, however these can vary depening upon our current workload:

Help, I need a door really quickly is there anything I can do to reduce the leadtime?

Wherever possible we try to accomodate customer's circumstances, and recognise that for whatever reason you may require a door quicker than the leadtime stated above. In these situations, providing it does not impact on another customer order, we will try to accomodate your request.

Do you offer a survey service for supply only doors?

Included in the price of all installations is a full survey. However for supply only doors we would expect to be provided with final manufacturing sizes, and therefore this price does not include a survey. However, if you still want to install the doors yourself, but would like us to survey the doors, then for a small fee this can be arranged.

What guarantees to I get with the door?

All doors come with a 10 year warrenty against material and manufacturing defects. If we install the doors, then the installation is also guaranteed for 10 years. Hardware (ie handles, locks etc) are only guranteed for 2 years. Powder coated paint finishes are guaranteed against peeling, powdering, blistering and corrosion for 25 years.
